Full home renovation. Design & Build by us. We took this park-side gem down to the studs and rebuilt it for a modern, bold family. New roof, windows, doors, and all systems. Under floor heat in the great room and primary bath. New floors in the entry, great room, and lower level. Reconfigured layout on each level that balances open plan mid-century style with modern multi-use needs. Renovated primary and hall bath; additional lower level sauna bath and entry level powder room. Re-imagined split-level stairs with custom metal dividing wall. We vaulted the yard facing great room and kitchen which opens to and expanded paved patio. Custom furniture linoleum faced kitchen cabinets. reclaimed wood mantels. Heath ceramic and encaustic concrete tiles add dimension, color, and pattern throughout. These owners dared to go bold and the finishes are fun and unexpected.
PHILADELPHIA HISTORIC ROW HOME
Full home renovation. Build by us, design collaboration with designer owner. Reintroduced historic paneling and trim while modernizing this home’s layout and amenities. Replaced HVAC, electric, plumbing systems, and windows. Added underfloor heat in tiled areas. Designed and built third floor addition of lounge and deck. Installed remote operated over stair skylight. Reorganized 2nd and 3rd floors into 3 bedrooms with walk-through closets leading to new full baths. Moved laundry to 2nd floor. Finished basement. LBI BEACH SIDE COMPOUND
Full renovation and expansion. Design & Build by us. A 2-unit home nestled on the North end of LBI hides a backyard haven steps from the beach. Rear yard entry top overlooks the pool and pool house addition. Front entry lower unit opens to a private outdoor space shaded by the deck above. Interior walls clad in shiplap. Natural cedar lined ceiling in the pool house, which opens out to an expansive shaded cedar deck. Custom cedar doors lead from the food prep area onto an outdoor dining and grill station. EV charging station out front. Landscaped privacy wall divides owner unit and pool house from the lower level rental.
